Since 2023, Lozano collaborates as an expert evaluator with the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), part of the European Commission, which manages funding for cultural, educational, and audiovisual projects across Europe.

In her role, she reviews and assesses project proposals from a wide range of cultural organizations, educational institutions, and creative initiatives. These projects often involve partners from different countries working together, such as theater productions, libraries, museums, digital projects, and other cultural programs.
