Evaluation of artistic and cultural projects

Lozano is an expert evaluator at the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), part of the European Commission, which manages funding for cultural, educational, and audiovisual projects across Europe.

In her role, she reviews and assesses project proposals from a wide range of cultural organizations, educational institutions, and creative initiatives. These projects often involve partners from different countries working together, such as theater productions, libraries, museums, digital projects, and other cultural programs.

Lozano produces detailed evaluation reports that highlight each project’s strengths, identify areas for improvement, and provide practical recommendations to help applicants refine their proposals.

Her work supports funding decisions, ensuring that EU resources are directed toward projects that are innovative, inclusive, and likely to have a meaningful impact across Europe. Through her evaluations, Zano helps advance initiatives that encourage international collaboration, promote diversity, and foster sustainable development, contributing to a stronger and more interconnected European cultural community.
